Liquitex Satin Fluid Medium

Liquitex Satin Fluid Medium can be used as a collaging adhesive, or to thin paint and extend volume with a satin finish. It increases colour depth and transparency and extends colour further without affecting acrylic stability. This medium also maintains paint adhesion, durability and archival quality. Ideal for use as a non-removable varnish to protect paintings and establish a satin surface sheen.

• Semi-opaque when wet, transparent when dry
• Can be used with acrylic paints and mediums
• Can be used on all acrylic-friendly surfaces
• Can be thinned by diluting with up to 25% water
• Recommended techniques: painting, collage and mixed media, photo transfers

Tips:

• Do not shake or vigorously over-brush as this can result in a foggy, hazy look when dry
• Do not use with any non-acrylic media
